By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:GENERAL‣ I retain the rights to every image I produce.‣ I have the right to decline any commission without question.‣ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.‣ The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.‣ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media. If you do not want your commission posted, please notify me in advance.‣ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights. Commercial prices will be discussed.‣ You may NOT edit the commissioned work, unless it is being cropped as a display image/header, etc. or you are given permission beforehand.‣ You may NOT manipulate the commission using AI.PAYMENT‣ Payment is due in full upfront.‣ Payment is done through PayPal invoice in USD.‣ Small revisions are allowed during the sketching stage. If further revisions are needed, an additional fee may be applied.‣ By agreeing to commission me you are agreeing to pay in full within 5 days of having your slot accepted.‣ I will NOT begin the sketching process of a commission until payment has been sent.‣ Full refunds will be returned if the commission has not been started. Partial refunds will only cover the parts of the commission I haven't started.‣ Prices listed are a baseline and may fluctuate based on the complexity of the piece.
